So much to see! In reverse order of last visit! No better place to hike than Arizona and the American Southwest!
Bryce Canyon Rim Trail (Utah) – Last Visited in June 2017. Another fantastic National Park.
Sedona: Devil’s Bridge Trail – Last Visited in June 2017. Moderate+ hike with a great end goal!
Wukoki Pueblo – Last visited in March, 2017. Smaller Native American ruin to its “sister” Wupatki. More enjoyable as it can be experienced from inside.
Wupatki National Monument – Last visited in March, 2017. Incredibly preserved Native American ruins. Nice place to take a casual walk through history.
Walnut Canyon – Last Visited in March, 2017. Beautiful short hike with Native American ruins that you can enter. Expect a lot of stairs to get to the Island Loop Trail.
Grand Canyon National Park – Last visited February, 2017. Speaks for itself!
Kartchner Caverns State Park “Big Room” – Last visited in December, 2016. If you love caves – no better. If you don’t, it’s a cave. Personal photos prohibited (sad face). Also Trails.
Sedona – Last visited in November, 2016. Away from the “tourist” trails. Started on Soldiers Pass and just wandered.
Lockett Meadow (Inner Basin Trail and surrounding)- Last Visited in October, 2016. Wonderful hiking trails, best taken in the fall to experience the autumn colors. High altitude and some effort to get there.
Upper Antelope Canyon – Last visited in July, 2016. Feels like you are on a movie set. Totally different world with some amazing photos. Must see!
Glen Canyon Dam – Last visited in July, 2016.
Bell Trail – near Sedona, Arizona. Last visited in June, 2016. One of my favorite hikes. Moderate+ in difficulty. Great scenery and cool water as a reward.
Bell Rock – Sedona, Arizona. Last visited in June, 2016. Great view from near the top. Hard not to like all of the red rock.
Tonto Natural Bridge – Last visited in May, 2016. Just west of Payson, Arizona. One of my absolute favorites. Make sure to walk the entire riverbed trail. Moderate+ descent.
